Day # 2 – Share Your Mall


Dear MPM Member,

Just as in anything else, succeeding with My Power Mall is a numbers game.  You send enough people to your website and you will achieve financial freedom.  The exciting thing is that you’ll have to send far fewer people than you think because there is nothing to say “No” to.  Think about it…  MPM is FREE.  No one has to sell anything.  You have your own Mall with 1000 stores that you simply shop in for things you are going to buy anyway.  There are no meetings.  There is no qualifying for your income.  What is there to say, “No” to?

There are some of you who will want to work closely with your Sponsor – just because you want to.  That’s fine.  Let us give you a tip now about how to make your sponsor as valuable to you as they can be – and not only your direct sponsor, but anyone above you in your Shopping Rebate System.  You make a call – they back you up.  You take a step – they take a step.  You take two steps – they take two steps.  You step – they step.  You don’t step – they don’t step.  Don’t stand on the sidelines. We can guarantee you that people who are above you in the Shopping Tiers will be watching for people who are working hard.  Those are the ones they will want to help & encourage.  You’ll be doing the same thing soon!

The person who introduced you to MPM is there to support and encourage you.  They are not there to call you everyday, though they will call you back if you call them. They’re not there to build your business for you.  We will make sure you have the tools to build it yourself.  Your sponsor is there to encourage and support you.  You have to take the initiative to contact your sponsor when you need them; to email them when you have questions.  Whether you are one of 2 in someone’s Shopping Rebate System, or one of thousands, they will want to support you but you have to want it!  Remember – they only make money if you make money.  They are completely committed to your success – please make it easy for them to help you.  Your own success depends on it! 

Now, because we know it will happen; what do you do if your Sponsor isn’t there for you, doesn’t answer your emails and doesn’t return your calls?  Again, it’s simple.  Decide you’re going to be very different for your team, and then take responsibility for your own success! We’ve given you everything you need on your website.  It’s great if you have a Sponsor who is there for you but it’s certainly not necessary for you to succeed.  My Power Mall is so simple that a child could do it – and many of them are! 

Let’s start with what you need to do right now.


Contact at least 20 People!


It really is possible to have people in Shopping Tiers 2 – 3 levels below you within a few days.  You’ll have plenty of time to learn all about MPM.  Let’s get you started making money...

There was a place in the video you just watched that said:

You’re probably asking, “Ginny, how fast could it happen?”  Well, that will depend on you but I can lay out a possible scenario…

If you decide to receive your own Power Mall, it will take you just minutes to activate it.  Then you decide to send one of our powerful E-cards to all your friends and family.  They receive them, listen to this presentation and activate their own Mall, eager to send out their own E-cards or audio emails.  It takes them just minutes to duplicate what you have done.  You could be on your 3rd tier in the same day!

Ginny meant what she said.  So, do this:

1 – Make a list of every single person you want to introduce MPM to: friends, family, business contacts, casual acquaintances, etc. 

2 – The very first ones you contact should have email addresses. 

3 – Go into your Back Office and click on E-cards.  While you have many tools, we believe these are the most powerful marketing tool you have, and one you should use quickly. 

** You can access your back office through either of your websites.  If you’re on your Business Site, just click on Administration Login in the banner.  If you’re in your Mall, scroll to the bottom and click on Administration.  You’re now in the back office.  Fill in the key you were given when you signed up.

4 – Go through all the E-cards and decide which ones you like best. Listen to the audios to determine if you want to use any of them.

5 – Send every person on your list an E-card.  The links on the card will take them directly to your website where they will be able to view the presentation you just saw that prompted YOU to become a Member.

** You only want to send E-cards to people you know well.  Many people will refuse to click on a link in an email to view the E-card if they don’t know you.  There are other ways to contact people you don’t know as well. **

Remember, you don’t have to talk them into anything.  You don’t have to ask them for money.  And you don’t have to invite them to a meeting!  If they check it out and decide they want to save or earn money with their own shopping, you will receive rebates from their online shopping as well.  And they will have every opportunity you do to succeed!


The MPM DO's & DON'Ts…

There are some simple Do’s and Don'ts that you will want to be familiar with in the very beginning.  Follow them and you’ll be on the Fast Track to success!

Don't:  Wait to get started!
Don’t:  Think you need to know everything before you can begin.
Do: Get started immediately. Even doing things less productively is better than doing nothing. Sustained action is the main ingredient for success in any aspect of your life.  My Power Mall is no different.  When someone says to us, “I just want to know more before I begin,” what we really hear is, “I’m scared to get started.  As long as I’m 'learning' I’ll be accomplishing something.” 

The problem is; that is completely false.  Fear does nothing but paralyze you and keep you from accomplishing the things in life you want to.  We do realize, though, how powerful fear is.  That’s why we created a simple, powerful system that is Free.  There is really nothing for anyone to say, “No” to. 

Don't:  Try to explain the program. NEVER, EVER, TO ANYBODY, EVER, EVER, EVER!
Do: Direct people to your web site to watch the Flash Presentation. Do send E-Cards. Do hand out Invitation Cards. Do give out MPM Flyers. Do utilize any tools that MPM supplies. The key thing here is that you only hurt yourself by talking too much. It takes seeing the presentation and reading the material before someone can grasp what you've gotten involved in. If you try and explain it - especially brand new - you're going to stumble and mumble your way through, and they're not going to have a visual to help them understand it. Usually the first people you talk to are friends and family. Don't mess it up for them. Give them the chance to understand it correctly from the very beginning. Use the tools available to you!

Don't: Answer questions about MPM or our Shopping Rebate System until your prospect has watched the website presentation. 95% of the answers are in the presentation or there in your web site.
Do: Direct people to the website presentation.  If they start asking specific questions, just divert them. You're not trying to be evasive - you're trying to make sure they get to see the business in the best way possible! Say, "It's all on the website. I'll be happy to answer all your questions as soon as you've seen everything. We need a point of reference to come from. Hey, what have you got to lose?  It’s FREE!"  Our Shopping Rebate System will do the work for you!

Don't: Get negative or defensive when people are negative about Home-Based businesses.
Do: Be proud you are able to earn a great living by helping others. We offer the best ticket ever invented to get out of the rat race. Everybody wants what you have, even though they might not know it.  Many people have good reason to be negative about home-based businesses because they have tried to achieve financial success & failed – maybe more than once.  It might take them time to understand we are truly different!  Don't allow somebody else's negativity and lack of knowledge to steal your dream. They're YOUR dreams. Go turn them into reality!


**Strategy** One of the best things you can do is watch the Business Mall Flash Presentation on your website EVERY day for the next week.  Nothing will give you a better understanding of what you have just become a part of.  As you understand it better you will be better able to communicate your excitement to the people in your life!

Don’t: Forget what creates money for your MY POWER MALL business – SHOPPING!
DO:  Learn everything you can about your Mall.  SHOP for your everyday needs & wants on your very own Power Mall!

A lot of new members ask us about the strategy they should employ in starting their business.  Let’s consider your options here…

Should a husband and wife have 2 malls or just one mall for the 2?

That’s an excellent question.  The answer really depends on the strategy you want to use. 

First, please know it is never okay for a couple to have both a Personal Mall and a Business Mall.  Let’s say the husband decided to have a Personal Mall so they could make more money from their shopping, while the wife opted for a Business Mall to build income.  Not good! If everyone did that, their shopping would be done on their Personal Mall, depriving everyone on the team above them from the rebate from their shopping, while they are also building a Business Mall.  They might make a few more dollars from their shopping, but they would be hurting everyone above them. 

The biggest problem, however, is that doing this is completely against our policy and will result in your losing both Malls and being removed from My Power Mall.  It is imperative that as you make decisions for your business you think about how it will impact those above you and below you!  We regularly check the databases to make sure this isn’t happening.

Now… if we're talking two BUSINESS Malls, we have no problem with it and think it's a great strategy.  Our CEO & Founder, Ginny, says: "For instance, I signed up, put my partner beneath me, and then we started to build our business - with me putting my Foundations and everything I do under my partner.  It essentially means we will get paid twice - once in their spot, and once in mine. 

Doing that means I won’t get paid for the full 9 levels because everything I put below my Foundations is already 2 levels below my initial spot.  I’m okay with that because it is more important for me to help my partner and to fund my Foundations, AND because I am going to go at least 50 wide under each Foundation.  Losing a level won’t hurt my income." 

As long as we’re on this subject, let's share another strategy with you… If you’re a family with children you might think; Hey, I’m going to sign up my wife under me, put my son under her, and my daughter under my son, and my other son under that daughter – and then start building my business.  I’ll help them all that way… Get the idea?  That’s actually not a good strategy because you start losing levels of pay before you ever get around to building your team. 

A better strategy is to put all your family members on your first level and then help each one of them build at least 10 wide.  Go ahead and sign up each of your children – no matter how young they are (as long as they have a SS# they can have a business), and then commit to putting people under each of them. You'll be establishing your child’s financial freedom before they’re even old enough to know what it is!  

In answer to someone else’s question in this area – whenever you put a child/family member under you to help them, you’ll have to build their team for them (though even young kids can hand out Invitation cards.) There is no spillage or overflow in the MPM plan.

**Strategy**  Before we end today, there's one more strategy you'll want to consider -- and that's contacting non profit organizations (NPOs). These would be groups such as sports teams, school organizations, churches, alumni associations, etc. Before you contact them, please read over our "Working with NPOs" section (in the navigation bar on the left, or go there from this link).
