Before we roll into everything we want to be sure you know you have 2 websites with My Power Mall. Your website addresses are:

The first website that has “biz” in the address is your MPM Business Center. This is where you will direct people to share the business with them. Again, our system is designed to be “System Driven” – meaning the System will do most of the work for you if you will let it! Just send people to the website. Didn’t it work for you? You may also access your Back Office from here by clicking on Administration Login at the top. Make sure you hang onto the information you were given when you joined. You’ll need your ID# and the KEY that will allow you to access the back office.
The second website that has “mall” in the address is your own Shopping Mall. This is where you will do all your shopping. You can also access your Back Office from here by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on Administration.

Welcome to the MPM Shopping Rebate System! We are so excited that you have decided to become part of a company completely committed to creating a Win/Win situation for every person involved with us. We have developed a system that will allow a 97% SUCCESS rate, not the typical 97% FAILURE rate that most home-based businesses produce. We’re different and we want to show you that in as many ways as possible.
What you are reading now is the first of many training letters that will be coming your way. You'll receive a new letter every day for a while - a letter designed to aid and speed your ability to achieve financial freedom. We suggest you print off every letter as they come, and compile them in a notebook you can refer to on a regular basis, though of course you will always be able to access them through your website as well. There’s no need for you to wait for them to show up in your email box. You can move at whatever pace you want by accessing the Training letters through your Back Office. Whatever works best for you is the way you should do it!
This is the place where most companies start talking about going to meetings, working with your Sponsor to help you bring people in, etc. There is none of that in MY POWER MALL. First, we don’t have meetings! Second, you’re not going to need your Sponsor to help share this with people. We’ve given you every tool you need. All you need to do is direct them to your website and it will do the work for you.
We’re not trying to imply that you will find success by doing nothing. Nothing in life works that way. You do have to share it with people. You do have to send people to your website. You do have to learn how to shop on your own Mall for the things you are going to buy anyway. But, again, we’re going to make sure you know how to do all that!
So what’s the most important part of My Power Mall? That’s simple… It’s the MALL!
One thing you need to understand from the very beginning is that money is only made when people SHOP. You can have 10,000 in your team, but if no one is shopping, no one will make any money. We’re not trying to get you to buy or sell any of our products – we don’t have any. All we want you to do is shop for things you are going to buy anyway in the 1000+ stores in your own Power Mall!
You can buy virtually anything in your own Power Mall.
The list could go on and on. 1000 stores with millions of products ensure you will find what you need.
Now, whether you print anything else off, you want to print this first letter. Once you are holding it in your hand, I want you to go visit your Mall at www.MyPowerMall.com/mall/YourID#, with this letter in hand… The good news is that you don’t have to get out of your pajamas, you don’t have to waste gas driving anywhere, and you can do it at 2:00 in the morning if you want to!
What you need to know about your new Mall:
1) Look up at the top menu and click through the menu items:
•How to Shop – it means exactly what it says.
•Brand Name Stores – all the big name stores you want to shop at.
•Personal Needs Stores – the place to find all those items you buy everyday anyway!
•Gift Idea Stores – for all those gift giving occasions when buying on your Mall will give back to you as
you give to others!
Make sure you go look at every one so you’ll begin to get an understanding of just what is in your Mall.
2) Mall Directory – left hand menu
We think we can be fairly confident that all of you have been to a “Brick & Mortar” Shopping Mall. What’s the first thing you do if you’re not familiar with the Mall? Answer – you go find the Mall directory sign. Your Power Mall is exactly the same. You can search for stores that carry the type of products you are looking for by using the DIRECTORY SEARCH.
Use the Directory Search by clicking on a category. The menu will slide down showing more specific choices. Click on your choice and the stores in that category will be presented to you.
Each store will show the % or $ rebate amount that a purchase will generate. Simply click on the store of your choice.
For example: one of the Directory Categories is Home Living & Garden. Click on that and you will see the following Sub-categories:
** Any time a sub-category has an arrow beside it, it means there are more sub-categories to explore.
Take the time to click through every category and see just what is there. You’ll find an exciting new store every time you do. We’ve been at this for years and are still discovering fun things within the Mall!
3) Information Booth
We have neat feature on the Mall called the Information Booth. And, yes, we know we talk about this in the How To Shop section but we’ve discovered repetition is a great thing!
Think of this tool as the Directory or Information Booth at your neighborhood mall. You know what you want, but you may not have decided on the exact type, make or model. If you know in general what you want (shoes, TV, clothing, appliances, computer, etc.), simply input the type of product you're looking for in the white box below the text "Information Booth." Click on the "Information Search" button directly below it (or hit "Enter" on your computer).
You will be presented with stores that carry that kind of item. Each store will show the % or $ rebate amount that a purchase will generate. At that point, simply click on the store of your choice.
This isn’t all that different from the Directory Search but it can be a faster way to find the exact store you’re looking for! With 1000 stores on your Mall, you need a tool to help you narrow down the ones that will carry what you’re looking for - allowing you to search for the best deal in your favorite store, or discover a brand new store you never knew existed!
Now let’s talk about some other exciting things you should know about, or how to do, with your Power Mall…
4) Hot Deals
The Hot Deals button on your Mall is one of my favorite features of the Mall. We have a team of people who scour the Mall on a daily basis – searching for the best deals for you. The Hot Deals change every day – making sure there is always something exciting there for you to know about. Make it a habit to go there on a Daily basis. We’re committed to helping you SAVE money at the same time you are MAKING it!
5) Weekly & Monthly Contests
The very first thing you want to do today is buy something in your Mall. Not only will it teach you more about what you’ve just gotten – it will also make sure you are entered in this week’s contest! Yes – there is a different Shopping Contest every week!
Weekly contests
Every member who makes a purchase also earns a “Contest Ticket” for that week’s Contest. The contests run from Monday morning at 12:01 AM to the following Sunday night at midnight. We give one week for every sale to be registered and then we announce the winner on the following Monday. Each week’s contest will feature different merchandise or cash prizes. Go into your back office and click on the Contest button to get the details for this week’s prize. All you have to do is buy something you were going to buy anyway – the price of it doesn’t matter! Before you log out of your Mall, buy just one thing!
Monthly contests
Our monthly contests feature great prizes – jewelry, televisions, etc. They also take a little more to qualify to win them, but it’s very simple. Every member who purchases at least $150 on their Mall for that month will qualify to win the contest. The monthly contest will run from 12:01 AM on the 1st day of the month to midnight on the last day of the month. We’ll wait one week to make sure all sales have been recorded and then we will announce the winner. You can go into your back office to see what prize is being offered for the month!
6) How are you paid?
The first thing we want to make sure you understand is that THERE IS NO QUALIFYING FOR YOUR INCOME. If you shop you make your rebates. If people on your Team shop, you make your rebates – even if you haven’t bought anything at all. You don’t have to buy anything and you don’t have to have a certain number of people on your team. We know this is difficult for many people to wrap their brains around but it is absolutely true, and it’s NOT GOING TO CHANGE!
Now, what we're going to do here is share the information you heard in the video before you joined. You’ll want to keep this handy so you can refer to it when you need it.

MY POWER MALL is a 9-Tier Shopping Rebate System. In addition to your own shopping, you will receive rebates from every shopper in your system – down through 9 Tiers. Let’s take a look at what that means.
First, I want you to think about everything you purchase on a monthly basis: meals, entertainment, toiletries, clothes, office supplies, gifts, toys, books, music, insurance, etc. Now, would you agree with me that you purchase at least $150 a month of these types of items? Most people spend much more but we’ll start with $150.00.
Next, let’s think about all the people you know, or all the strangers surrounding you that it would be easy to hand a card to, or send an E-card to. Your goal is to give, notice I said GIVE, a FREE Shopping Mall to at least 10 people. Again, many people will give away many more than 10, but if you give away only 10 the MY POWER MALL System will generate exciting income for you.
This really is a gift to share with others. You’re giving them a powerful way to save money on things they buy everyday anyway AND you’re introducing them to a way to make amazing income.
Speaking of amazing income… let’s look at the money that can be generated when you give away Shopping Malls to 10 people who then give away 10 Shopping Malls of their own – all the way down through 9 Tiers.
Your own Mall occupies Shopping Tier 1. The 10 people you give it away to will be on your second Shopping Tier. They get 10 each which puts 100 people on your 3rd Shopping Tier and now you have 111 people you are receiving shopping rebates from. But you’re just beginning. Those 100 people each give away 10 Shopping Malls and now you’re at 1000 on Tier 4, which grows into 10,000 on Tier 5. Those 10,000 will all be eager to have their own success, so when they give away their 10 Shopping Malls, you have 100,000 shoppers on your 6th Tier. Tier 7 grows to 1 Million and then the numbers just continue to climb.
Okay, let’s be realistic. Will you create a perfect 10 X 9 Power Mall System? Probably not. Life just doesn’t work that way. But what if only 10% of it happened? Or 20%? Or 30%? Or more?
First, let’s look at the rebate income you will generate from the shopping in the MY POWER MALL System. (To download it in pdf format Click Here.) We created the system to create exciting income for people within the first 4 Shopping Tiers, knowing that in most systems people don’t go any deeper than that. I believe they will here, but still, I want everyone to make exciting money quickly.
Every purchase will earn a rebate from the store where you shopped. The rebate % varies from store to store. In the MY POWER MALL system, you will earn 7% of the shopping rebate from your own personal shopping. You’ll earn rebates of 14% on everyone shopping on your 2nd Tier. Then it goes up to 29 % on shoppers on your 3rd tier, and an amazing 35% on those on your 4th tier! Tiers 5 through 9 will pay 3% - 3% that will produce astounding income because of the number of people on those tiers.
Let’s see what this looks like in dollar amounts for a one month period. Remember we’re working with the figure of someone spending $150.00. While each store pays out differently on purchases, we already know what the average is so we’re working from that figure.
Tier 1 – $.69
I can hear you now. “Ginny, are you really saying I could spend $150 and only make 69 cents?” Yes, that’s what I’m saying. But let me make sure you understand. A small % is paid out on your Personal Mall so that you can make a much higher % - meaning much more money - when you have hundreds and thousands of people shopping further below you. Hang with me until you see all the numbers. You’re only 3 levels away from $3500 a month!
Tier 2 – $1.41 X 10 Malls = $14.10
Still not exciting but you’re building a solid foundation and you really haven’t done very much, have you?
Tier 3 - $2.85 X 100 = $285 a month
Ah… This is enough to sit up and take notice. And remember, MY POWER MALL hasn’t cost you anything and you’re not selling anything!
Tier 4 – $3.56 x 1000 = $3560.00
Whoa! Just 3 tiers below you and you’re already making over $3500 a month? And just from people buying things they were going to buy anyway on their Shopping Mall? I think it’s fair to say this amount would change most people’s lives!
Tier 5 - $.28 X 10,000 = $2800.00
You’ve taken a little dip, because of the lower %, but you’re also at a total of over $6600.00 a month. How does that feel? I know you’re eager to see what happens on the next Tier.
Tier 6 - $.28 X 100,000 = $28,000 a month
Whoa! Now we’re talking serious income! And at the risk of your thinking I’m nuts I’ll let you see what could happen from your shopping rebates in Tier 7.
Tier 7 – $.28 X 1,000,000 = $280,000
I think that deserves a double WOW! And, no, I’m not going to show you what could happen on the next two levels because I know you’re already having a hard time believing me. You can pull out a calculator, but the important thing to know is that the MY POWER MALL System has been created to generate tremendous income for EVERYONE!
Tier 8 – HUGE
Tier 9 – HUGE
If you add up the dollar amounts from the first 7 Shopping Tiers you get a total of $313,859.79 in shopping rebates! But for those who have a hard time wrapping your mind around those kinds of figures, let’s look at what can be created in a much shorter period of time.
The total from just 3 Tiers is $299.79 (almost $300 a month)
The total from only 4 tiers is $3,859.79 (almost $3900 a month)
And for those who have a hard time believing the $313,000 figure, what if only 10% of all 7 tiers happened? That would still generate $31,385.97 (over $31,000) a month. It grows exponentially when you add in tiers 8 & 9. Would just 10% of my projections make your life better? And what if you gave it to 15, or 20, or 30, or more people? What would THAT do?
I think it’s important, though, to show you what could happen if you did far less. For people who have tried, only to fail many times, the idea of getting 10 people to do anything might be more than they can fathom. I understand. So what would happen if you only found 5 people who wanted their own FREE shopping Mall? Let’s take a look:
Tier 1 – $.69
Tier 2 – $1.41 X 5 Malls = $7.05
Tier 3 - $2.85 X 25 = $71.25
Tier 4 – $3.56 x 125 = $445
Tier 5 - $.28 X 625 = $175.00
Tier 6 - $.28 X 3125 = $875.00
Tier 7 – $.28 X 15,625 = $4375.00
Tier 8 – $.28 X 78,125 = $21,875.00
Tier 9 – $.28 X 390,625 = $109,375
$627.00 a month for 5 Tiers.
It jumps to $1502.74 on your 6th Tier, $5877.74 on your 7th Tier, over $27,000 a month on your 8th Tier, and over $135,000 a month on your 9th Tier.
I hope you’re seeing that no matter who you are, or where you live, YOU can succeed with MY POWER MALL!
Now, when you’re looking at your Mall, you’ll see that each store pays a certain %. They’re certainly not all the same. If you put your cursor over the % from each store there is a little box that pops up and says “This Rebate will be paid out through the 9 level Rebate System.” If you look at something and say, “Geesh, that’s not very much,” look back up at the numbers I just shared with you. A little bit from a lot of people can become VERY exciting!
7) When are you paid?
That’s an important question you will want to know the answer to now. From the time you start purchasing on your Mall, it will be 45 – 60 days before you earn income. The reason for this is because we have to wait 30-45 days before we are paid by the merchants for your purchase. We pay monthly (on the 25th of each month) but we can’t pay you until we have been paid. Once the flow starts, you will be paid monthly – as long as there is shopping on your Mall, or on your Team. It’s a little like priming a rusty old pump, but the good news is that when the flow starts it will just keep getting bigger and bigger!
8) International Shoppers
While we didn’t start My Power Mall with the idea of being an International company, within the first two months we had members from 90 different countries! We welcome every International member and are working hard to make My Power Mall as powerful for you as possible. Right now many of you will find it very difficult to shop on the Mall because of shipping considerations. We are working hard to identify merchants that will ship to different countries and will keep you informed as we move forward.
In the meantime, the best thing you can do to build your business is focus on giving Malls to U.S. Shoppers – though you will certainly get credit for any International members you have brought in. Since there is no qualifying for your income, as long as you have people on your team who are shopping, you will be able to earn income. Check all our Internet Marketing tools and determine which ones you can use.
One of the things I love about MPM is that it spreads American money all over the globe. American shoppers are big spenders. How wonderful that someone, anywhere in the world, can start a business, use the Internet to give Malls to American shoppers, and create financial freedom for themselves!
As we grow, we will create more and more features and benefits for our International members!
Shopping Information for International MPM Members:
This section needs to start with a huge THANK YOU to Graham Hunt, an International MPM member who used the Communication Forum and introduced me to a world I knew nothing about – Mail & Package forwarding! While we are working to transform our site into a truly International site and gathering info from all our merchants to know who they ship to; all of our International members (no matter where you live) can shop at ANY store on the Mall and have things delivered.
Now, be aware there is cost involved with this but I've heard from so many of our International members eager for American products. They tell me that even with the increased shipping they can still save money and also get things they have no hope of getting in their own country. Taking advantage of this is going to be a two step process. All of you who have been waiting to shop can take advantage of it immediately. However, we are also working on getting them to join the Mall, and will approach other similar companies, until we get one of them on the Mall so that they will actually generate revenue through the teams.

While I still want the shipping information that Marilyn and the team will get, this service will open the door to anyone, anywhere in the world, being able to purchase from any store on the Mall. Wow! If they really want it, and they want to pay the shipping, then they can have it. Cool! This is just one more piece to us truly having an International Mall. YES!
Will you please contact them and give them information about who we are, how fast we are growing, how many countries we are in (105) and give them the options and information on the Affiliate networks?

9) Make your Mall your home page
Now you may learn something new about your computer… The best way to remember to shop in your Power Mall is to make it your Home Page. Each time you go on your computer it will open when you open your Internet Browser. Here’s how to do it:
•Click on Internet Options
•Type in your URL for your own My Power Mall (www.mypowermall.com/mall/YourID#)
Voila! Every time you logon to the internet, you will see your My Power Mall. If you want to search for anything else (like directions or school information), just type in your search terms into the top bar and your normal browser takes over.
10) You have to shop through your Mall!
You have to make every purchase through
YOUR Power Mall in order to receive your rebate!
Simply put – you have to go to your Mall each time and enter the store through there. Many times, after you have made a purchase, you will receive advertisements directly from the merchants. You’ll read about some good deals. Just make sure you go to that store through your Mall!
I had someone else think they could go to their local store (like Target) and just tell them they were with My Power Mall. NO. My Power Mall is an ONLINE MALL. You must go online and shop. The only exception is if you purchase Gift Cards through your Mall that you take to the store.
Please make sure you do all your shopping on your Power Mall. If you make a purchase directly through a store, instead of going through your Mall, we will NOT be able to give you the rebate for it because we will not receive anything. We only receive funds through purchases made on the Mall – meaning we can only pay out rebates on purchases through our Mall.

Okay, I want you to do one final thing – print out the list of Daily Items that can be bought through your Mall. Then put it above your computer or in your bathroom – or anywhere else you would want as a reminder of what can be bought on your Mall.

Okay… you’re on your way to knowing your Mall – the most important part of My Power Mall! We’ll cover a few more important things for you to know in the next couple of Training Letters but you’ve covered a lot of ground in this one! Go back through it again if there are still some things you’re not clear on. It will sink in as you keep going over it!
Before you leave the Mall, buy at least one thing. The amount doesn’t matter. The fact that you’re learning your Mall and just how easy it is to use, as well as being entered in this week’s SHOPPING CONTEST is what’s important!
