Power Bite # 30 – The MPM Training Materials
Hello MPM Member,
The next section in your MPM Back Office is dedicated to Training Materials. We are a company dedicated to empowering you through education. We also believe in giving it to you in many formats so you can learn in the way that works best for you. The only thing we can’t do is learn it for you! :) We realize everyone moves at their own pace – just make sure you continue moving in a forward direction. We haven’t included anything in all the MPM Training Material that you won’t need or want to know as you build your business. Set a goal for when you will have gone through everything and then make it happen!
Be sure to take advantage of the special FREE training clinics we offer. You will find text links at the top of the Home page in your back office. They are numbered: 1, 2 and 3. #1 is MPM 101 which is a webinar that will teach you all about your back office and how to shop on your Mall. You’ll not only listen, but you’ll watch on your computer as you are taken step by step through your shopping mall and your back office. #2 is $700 in 60 Days Program which trains you how to jump-start your MPM business. And #3 is the Miracle Team Training which teaches you business building skills. These clinics are taught by the MPM Member leaders who are in the field and show you what they are doing and how to do it! ALL of these clinics are free and available to EVERY MPM Member!

NPO Training Materials -- Takes you to all the materials you need for working successfully with non-profit organizations.
Form Letters for your Team – Welcome, Motivation and Miscellaneous letters from MPM leaders. All you have to do is customize them and you’ll have a way to communicate effectively with all your new team members! Go through them now and choose the one that suits you best, or combine parts of several to create your own. It’s important to reach out to new members as they join and we’ve given you the tool to make it easy.
Recordings -- The place to access all Monday night MPM Family Chats. Even if you can’t be on the live calls, you’ll be able to listen to them any time you want to. You can listen to them just by clicking on the link, or you can save them to your computer. To save them, just right click on the link, choose "save target as" to your computer and then listen. No matter where you are in the world you’ll always be able to hear what is going on!

Shopping Tip: Sit down with your calendar and list all the birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions in your life where a gift is given (baptisms, christenings, bar mitzvahs, graduations, holidays, etc.). Then go to your email client's calendar and schedule shopping for these events 3 weeks ahead so you have plenty of time to receive them. You'll be reminded while you're on the Internet so it's a breeze to click on your toolbar's SHOP NOW button and get that perfect gift without delay.

Change the World Tip: Create a "Helping Hands" list of skills and talents your employees possess that they would be willing to offer each other. For instance, simple plumbing jobs, car tune-ups, painting, computer repair, etc. Have the list available in your Human Resource office for referrals when someone needs help.
