Power Bite # 29 – What Do You Want To Accomplish FIRST?
Hello MPM Member,
We don’t know how fast you are going through your Power Bites, so we don’t know where you are on your road to Financial Freedom but we’ve got some very important things to discuss today. We’re going to talk about your long-term goals with MPM soon, but today we want to focus on your short term goals. We want to help you position yourself for fast, amazing growth with this company.
IT ALL STARTS WITH GETTING 5!
We talked about this at the beginning but I think it’s good to remind you of it now that you’re at least a couple weeks into building your business…
Even though there are many people in the company right now that have brought in 10 World Changers in their first couple weeks, I'm going to set it at 5 so that you'll know just how doable it is.
Set a goal to do that in your first two weeks. Then teach the people you bring in to do the same thing. It is so doable. How do I know? Because we have so many people doing it RIGHT NOW!
Let's get started....
You - Become a World Changer (Congratulations – you already did this one!)
Weeks 1 & 2 - Find 5 other people who become World Changers (No, you’re not limited to 5. Yes, you can put as many on your frontline as you want to!)
Weeks 3 & 4 - They each find 5 other people who become World Changers
Weeks 5 & 6 - They each find 5 other people who become World Changers
Weeks 7 & 8 - They each find 5 other people who become World Changers
What does that look like in Team numbers?
Today - YOU
Weeks 1 & 2 – 5 (Level 2)
Weeks 3 & 4 -- 5 get 5 = 25 Total 30 (Level 3)
Weeks 5 & 6 -- 25 get 5 = 125 Total 130 + 30 = 160 (Level 4)
Weeks 7 & 8 – 125 get 5 = 625 Total 630 + 160 = 790 (Level 5)
Now let’s look at Pay:
This is only from Team Pay – your pay will explode exponentially when you incorporate the commission from Shopping!
Today (0 %) - Nothing is paid in Team Pay when you join, but you DO make money from all your shopping.
Weeks 1 & 2 (14%)
5 X .98 = $4.90
Weeks 3 & 4 (29%) 25 X 2.03 = $50.75 + 4.90 = $55.65
Weeks 5 & 6 (35%) 125 X 2.45 = $306.25 + 55.65 = $361.90
Weeks 7 & 8 (2%) 625 X .35 = $218.75 + 361.90 = $580.65 a month!
** Yes, we realize you have actually accomplished this in only 8 weeks (60 days) instead of 12 (90 days) but just in case you accomplish it a few weeks before we pay you on the 1st of each month, we wanted to make sure you weren’t disappointed. :)
** Add in shopping from each team member and your pay doubles! AND this is only from getting 5 who get 5. What if you got more? What if your Team members got more?

If you allow this to take its natural progression and everyone brings in 5 World Changers in their first two weeks, you could have 14 Tiers full in 7 months and you will be looking at huge amounts of money! It IS simple enough to make it happen!
Now, is it going to happen just like this? No. We hope you find our honesty refreshing. :) Some people will go out and give away many more than 5 Power Malls. Some won’t give away a single one. That reality is an acceptance of human nature. But remember what we said in the video presentation you watched when you became a member…
But here’s the great news. Steadily building your Team with World Changers will create an amazing amount of income if only 10% of it happens! Play with the Income Calculator in your Back Office under FUN STUFF at the bottom of the left hand menu and catch a vision of what can happen!

MPM 10+ CLUB!
We honor the newest members who have added 10 new World Changer Mall members on their frontline. We post their mall names in the MPM 10+ CLUB and send them a special poster honoring their accomplishment.
There is a blue MPM Club Members button at the top of your page in your MPM back office. Use it to see:
1 - The Power Spenders -- these are members who spent a minimum of $150 for the last month. The list is updated as soon as daily sales are uploaded (remember that the sales are 3 business days behind the current business day).
2 - A current list of all MPM 10+ CLUB Members
3 - The Top 50 "Mall Providers" in the company. I hate the word recruit so I'll never use it.
4 - All the activity of our new members during a given month - seeing how many Malls they are signing up.

Shopping Tip: When you have a great shopping experience, or find a wonderful deal in your MPM mall, be sure to submit it through the Mall page (in the center section) or the login page to your back office (scroll down to the bottom of the left hand menu). It may be chosen to appear in one of our Treasure Shoppers Corners in Ginny's Update and it will also enter you into the weekly Shopping Testimonial Contest!
Business Building Tip: Join lots of networking sites. This is time consuming, but as you cultivate online friendships, people take you seriously. Share your shopping experiences. Saving money is always a good tool, and with the rebates, well that's just extra incentive. Change the World Tip: Have a Volunteer Celebrity Week. Treat all your volunteers like celebrities for that week. Put gold stars with their names on them along the walkway into the building, in the hallways, wherever they'll be seen. Give over the staff lounge to the volunteers for the week. Decorate it with a celebrity theme and provide food all week long. Specially mark the front parking spots for "volunteers only" -- have the CEO and others give up their parking spots for the week.
