Power Bite # 24 – Watch Your Team Grow!
Hello MPM Member,
Are you watching to see how fast your team is growing? You can! Just go into your back office and click on Reports in the left menu. You can view this information in 3 different formats: Genealogy On-Line (click on one of the member icons and you'll see their information), in the Genealogy Report, or your Frontline report. You can also find information on how to contact anyone on your team. Especially in the first days, you’ll want to see the results of all your efforts. We predict you’ll also want to contact more people.
This is also a good time to make sure you are aware of our Anti-SPAMMING Policy. While it applies to not sending SPAM to market your business, it also applies to not sending SPAM to members on your team. Here is our policy:
While we appreciate people having multiple streams of income, communicating another business opportunity with those on your team is NOT acceptable. You are, in essence, undermining the efforts of those who worked to bring them into My Power Mall and you are also SPAMMING. If we receive complaints that you are contacting your team members about another business opportunity, action by MPM will be taken. The complaint will be verified and you will be contacted to discuss the matter. We have found that in most cases the member is unaware of the conflict of interest and the issue is easily resolved. However, refusal to comply can result in your Power Mall being cancelled. Your contract says:
Involuntary Termination. Member can be terminated immediately, including the cancellation of their MPM websites, at the sole discretion of MPM for false representation; spamming during marketing practices; abridgement of this Member agreement; Unethical behavior; or infringement of copyright, patent and trademark restrictions applicable to MPM. In the case of termination, any commissions due to that date will be paid in full. This act will only be taken when there is no other resort to handle differences and conflicts.
If we all work together from a place of integrity and wanting to create only Win/Win situations for everyone in My Power Mall, there will be no problems and we will continue to build the most amazing business opportunity and world-changing force on the Internet!

You will be notified by email when you get a new MPM Member.
As soon as someone signs up in your World Changer second tier (you are the first tier), you will receive an email with all the contact information so you can send a welcome email as quickly as possible. Now, it’s important to know your new member may have opted to utilize our “Privacy Feature” when they signed up. Everyone has the option to not have their phone # and address revealed on the website. You do still, however, have their email address so you can communicate with them.

We receive lots of letters from people but some of them really stand out. Someone once wrote: "I really think that the whole idea of this My Power Mall is to get people to buy your products. I don’t think people can really make money from this."
Out of all the letters this one was Ginny's personal favorite – making her laugh the loudest… she laughed because we don’t HAVE any products! As mentioned above My Power Mall is a portal Mall for 1100+ of the top retailers in America.
Let us address what we think is the real issue here… we believe this letter came from someone who has been burnt and hurt in the past – making them suspicious and paranoid. We understand, and we're sorry for what they have experienced.
Let us make one thing really clear: No one with My Power Mall makes ANY money from one of our members until that member has made money FIRST. We could have chosen to charge a lot of money for our $1,000,000 system, and we could have made a lot of money that way. We chose to make the World Changer Mall affordable for anyone so that every single person who wants to change their life has a way to do it. You only make money when people in your team or you shop, or when they pay their World Changer monthly membership fee. That is true for us as well. The amount of members and shopping is going up every day. That means more people are making money every day
The lion’s share of company profits go to the people who have helped make this happen, to One-Cause-At-A-Time, and to the Together We Can Change The World Foundation. No one who is part of Corporate MPM can make money until we help you succeed first – exactly the reason we are working so hard to give you every tool you need!
Our goal was to create a company that truly harnesses the power of everyday spending to change lives. We believe that has been accomplished. If you have been burnt and hurt in the past, all we ask you to do is give MPM a fair chance. We believe you’ll discover just how different we are. Shopping Tip: Keep a shopping list at your computer (or wherever you are) to check or write down what you need as things start to get low (but before you need them), or use the automated Shopping List feature located in your back office. Then once or twice a week, get on your Mall and make your purchases. There are several stores that offer everyday items, one of which is Beauty.com.
Business Building Tip: Share MPM by sending a "reply" to all of your incoming email including spam. (Gina Edwards, Georgia)
Change the World Tip: Put a new twist on the common rummage sale. Instead of just selling items, use them to "barter" for donated time around the church/temple/mosque for yard work, or for help with a special project. (From our 101 Ways Your Church Can Change the World ebook)
