Power Bite # 14 – How Are You Paid?
Dear MPM Member,
We know you watched a presentation but we also know there was a lot of information and it can be difficult to absorb. As a World Changer, the first thing we want to make sure you understand is that we don’t make you play any of the crazy qualifying games that other companies make you play. When you shop you generate rebates. When people on your Team shop, they generate rebates for you. When World Changers on your Team pay their monthly membership fee you earn Team Pay.
You don’t have to buy a certain amount of anything and you don’t have to have a certain number of people on your team in order to receive your rebates. We know this is difficult for many people to wrap their brains around, but it is absolutely true, and it’s NOT GOING TO CHANGE!
Now, what we're going to do here is share the information you heard in the video before you joined. You’ll want to keep this handy so you can refer to it when you need it.

So now let’s talk about how you get paid. In addition to shopping income, you’ll make money from people joining your Team with their own World Changer Mall. It takes so little! If you find just 5 people who want to make money from buying groceries, gas and whatever else they buy, and they share it with the people and organizations they care about, you can generate great income.
Your World Changer Mall actually pays down through 14 Tiers but we’re only going to look at 4 to show you just how easy it is to make money. This is one of the things that make us so different – you can make money just from doing an average amount of work!
Tier 1 is you. You share this with 5 friends. That’s Tier 2. They share it with 5 and now you have 25 on Tier 3. As each shares it with 5, Tier 4 grows to 125.
Great, but how do you make money? As a World Changer you get paid 2 ways - from members joining your team and for members shopping.
Team Pay from each World Changer puts $7.00 into the My Power Mall Pay Plan (both from the signup and the monthly charge.) When your new members shop for all the things they buy anyway, our company averages say that will put another $5.78 into the Pay Plan. Each level will pay a different portion of this money.
Combine both Team Pay & Shopping Income from other World Changers on your team and Tier 2 will generate:

Tier 2 5 X $2.56 (1.75 + .81) = $12.80
Tier 3 25 X $2.33 (1.67 + 1.40) = $58.25 + 12.80 = $71.05
You’re already making 4 times more than you’re spending on your monthly $15.95 membership aren’t you? But no, that’s not what I mean about paying for you to become a World Changer.
I’m about to tell you how that works! But first, what happens on the next level?
Tier 4125 X $3.77 (2.02 + 1.75) = $471.25 + 71.05 = $542.30
Wow! Just 3 Tiers below you and you could make over $500 a month! Just from you and your teammates buying what you’re buying anyway. We have a calculator that can show you the amazing income possible from the additional 10 Tiers of pay you receive as a World Changer as your team grows but just this amount will change so many people’s lives!
But you know what I think the best part is? When you become a World Changer every purchase you make will pour money back into the world through our One Cause At A Time Program. Who do you want to help? Children? The homeless? Schools? Animals? The Environment? Our goal is to provide millions to the organizations making a difference in the world. Every time you shop, you will be part of that!

Now that you better understand HOW you are paid, I bet you’re wondering WHEN you are paid. You’ll get that information a little further down the line. There are just a few more things I want you to know before we start giving you training on how to give away the Malls – though I’m sure many of you have already given away a lot by this point. :)

Shopping Tip: Stores are listed by default in Rebate Order (highest rebates first). If you click on the word Commission, it will reverse the rebate order (smallest to highest). If you click on the word Store, it will alphabetize the stores for you. If you click on it again, it will give the stores to you in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A). This is true for every page on the mall.
Business Building Tip: Listen to Ginny because she knows what she is talking about. Study the training in the back office; take notes and apply it. Most important - make a plan, any plan, and make sure you follow it. If you are shy and doubtful, set some easy goals and track your success. (Ron Vigard, Pennsylvania)
Change the World Tip: Look around and find a kid who needs to know they matter - there are way too many of them. Now determine to make that kid know someone believes they are special. Send them a card or note every week (at least). If you know what they are interested in, send them articles about it. Send them stories that will build their self-confidence and inspire them to be all they can be. Let them know you CARE. (From our 101 Ways to Change the World ebook)
